This web ad is part of a series I saw in this month’s W magazine, and I find myself returning to these images. These photos are effective advertising, in that they make me wish I was headed to Riviera. Or Venice. Soon.
The whole Grace Kelly-goes-on-a-road-trip-with-Diego-Luna thing is a winner for me. Something about the bright, warm sunlight in the tail end of winter fills me with longing–for blue water and a vaporetto.

Environmental Graffiti has a wonderfully curated collection of photos of Paris in the snow. Spring has come early to us on the West Coast, so this seems particularly fanciful and magical to me right now. It’s worth clicking over to see the whole collection.
